During the WCA Worldwide conference in Singapore last month, we had two speakers from Lufthansa Cargo and we would like to share their presentations with the membership.

Mr. Arastoo Badri, Sr. Manager Product Development (Germany based), introduced their new comprehensive DG software solution to greatly simplify shippers’ & forwarders’ airline bookings, labeling, documentation and related DG services. LH are providing a Free Trial for the DGD Online program to all qualified WCA members.

Mr. Jeff Tiu, Process Manager Sales and Handling Asia-Pacific (Singapore based), spoke about the complex Lithium Battery situation.
